Jesus is the Good Shepherd
Here we are. It is Easter morning and it is one of the strangest Easters in the history of the church. It is certainly the strangest Easter in our lifetime. Who could have ever imagined an Easter when no one went to church? - An Easter when there was so much fear and confusion?
Well, there was actually an Easter stranger than this. ... It was the very first one. The disciples were confined to their homes, not for fear of catching a virus but for the fear of being caught and suffering the same fate as Jesus.
You see, at the beginning of the day, after people woke from their sleep, they all thought that Jesus was still dead.
