First Alliance is blessed to have a well-rounded staff with diverse skills and interests. There is also a Leadership Team and an Admin Team, both of which meet regularly to provide direction for and make decisions about ministry at FAC.

Pastor Mike provides the overall leadership for the church, working closely with others in positions of leadership. He is the primary Sunday morning speaker, leads the ministry to adults, and connects with other faith leaders in our community.
Executive Pastor - NEW!
First Alliance Church is pleased to announce that Pastor Allen Grimes has joined the staff in the role of Executive Pastor. His first official Sunday was January 5, 2020. He assists in the role as a primary Sunday morning speaker, lead of ministry leaders development and overseer of all worship and technology.
Office Assistant and Calendar Manager
Joni keeps keeps track of all that's going on in the building throughout the week, which is no simple task. She manages the church calendar and, with all this information, puts together the weekly electronic newsletter. Beside these primary tasks, Joni pitches in and helps wherever needed with such a gracious attitude.
George looks after the physical needs of the building & grounds and can build or fix just about anything. In addition to hands-on maintenance, George overseas others in the care of our facilities. This includes volunteer who come out for periodic workdays and those who are paid for certain aspects of the work.
Chantel enters all church contributions and maintains our financial data. She also stays on top of our financial obligations and generates reports as needed.
Regine administrates our prayer ministry which supports two weekly prayer groups. She also serves the worship ministry by taking care of related office and computer needs.
